Privacy Policy

Effective date: 22 August 2026. Peaker Soft LLC respects your privacy and protects your personal data under the terms of this policy.

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit peakersoft.net or use our services.
Last updated:

1. Information we collect

  • Personal information — name, email address, phone number and company details you provide voluntarily through the contact form.
  • Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent on the site, and similar analytics data.
  • Cookies — we use cookies and similar technologies to remember your language preference, measure site performance and protect the form against spam.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide and improve our technology and software development services.
  • To communicate with you about enquiries, support requests and service updates.
  • To improve site security and user experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Sharing may occur only in the following cases:

  • Service providers — infrastructure, email and analytics providers that help us operate our services.
  • Legal authorities — where we are legally required to do so.

4. Client data in AI projects

In AI and LLM projects we process client data only within the scope of that project and for the purpose set out in the contract. We never use one client's data for another, and we do not train shared public models on client data.

Where each category of data is processed — your own servers, your own cloud account, or a model provider — is agreed in writing at the start of the project. For projects involving confidential data we recommend deployments where the model runs entirely in-house.

5. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. No online platform is one hundred per cent secure, however, so please take care when sharing personal information.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise your rights under KVKK in Türkiye or the GDPR in the European Union, please contact us.

7. Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies before sharing personal information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes are published on this page together with an updated effective date.
